Activity using movies. "Gatsby".

Materials: a short file with information about the film "Gatsby" (2013), the trailer of the film, a very short presentation of the plot. The movie poster is displayed on the video projector screen. On the board there are written the words: the 20s, prohibition and the jazz era.
The teacher asks the students to watch a scene from the movie in which the main characters appear.
Topics for discussion: Jay Gatsby's description, if the poster reflects the main plot of the film, what is the connection between the words written on the board and the period of time in which the action takes place?
Homework - work in groups or pairs: make a poster about the "Great Gatsby". Individually: write your own sequel to the movie after watching it, or write an article about "The Great Gatsby". Mention what the critics and moviegoers said, how well the actors played, etc.
